Review oo shutup1011/10/2023 How did it even increase the fragmentation? If I only want to defragment the fragmented files, which mode do I use? Also, your website describes these modes and their performance. How is the user supposed to know that this mode does not care about big files? You provide no description in the software and the basic mode does almost nothing. This drive is used mainly for games so it should have all sorts of files. Apparently the default defrag mode is useless for me. Mind you I have no files bigger than 10GB. I left the machine running and returned like an hour later. So I click on my 1TB HDD and I click start. They dont include simple descriptions of them in the software, you have to go to their website. They are: STEALTH, SPACE, COMPLETE/Name(or Access or Modified), SOLID/Complete(or Quick). Their names make no sense so I always kept looking up their definitions on their websites. Next, their defragmentation modes are strange. That makes you worry about your data and system stability. So you have to force kill the defragmentation software. Defrag just gets stuck at trying to move them, never actually completing them with 0% CPU usage. Files that are being active written to or are being downloaded. Second, it does not know how to handle some files. Yes, the software that is supposed to run for HOURS, has no dark theme. First of all, the software has no dark mode. I bought their famous Defrag software and although I was happy with my purchase, a couple of things I very much dislike. I am ashamed at their lack of support and that they hijacked my pc. EaseUS was much easier to use and cost half as much for a product that truly worked. their lucky I wasn't able to give them a zero. Now I am left with a pile of junk that must now be professionally repaired, everything I tried of their programs failed to complete and I paid $70.00 US for this I installed it on 3 PCs and so far removed it but from the one that is now dead. Upon shutting down my pc and rebooting here it is all again, this time I tried everything again but when I tried to enter the bios settings it said my video card was damaged. I reset my bios, changed my memory stick and bam the problem was gone. I tried everything but could get no where. then here we are with 3 options command prompt, O&O disk image, or O&O disk image to go. This is to test you your screen resolution. Choosing the I do not agree option reboots the pc which only brins you back to this same agreement, choosing the agree or choosing nothing and clicking on ok takes you to the next screen. My Computer shut down, upon reboot it goes to start windows, the edge of the screen blinks twice and and it loads a licensing agreement for O&O. I used their clean wipe program on a file to try and keep it from returning over and over.
